1.) Registrants under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian present.
2.) No glitter, confetti, or other similar materials.
3.) All costumes must be considered appropriate for a “family-friendly” environment. Costumes may be deemed inappropriate at the sole-discretion of event management.
4.) All performances must follow the above guidelines and should be considered “family-friendly”. This includes the strict prohibition of hate speech, excessive vulgarity and other offensive content. In addition, any gymnastics, swordplay, or physical aspects of a presentation must be demonstrated and approved my event management.

5.) All registrants must complete a registration processes during the above list “Registration Periods”.
6.) All props must be inspected and approved by event management. No functional weapons or “live steel” will be permitted.
7.) Registrants are expected to courteous and respectful to judges, event staff, and other event attendees. Registrants found to be in breach of this, or any other outlined rule may be subject to removal from the event space at the sole-discretion of event management.
8.) All judging for the contest will be considered final and will not be subject to appeal or review.
